• At Magical Memories Gifting Co., every personalized gift is made with care and created specifically for you. Because of the custom nature of our products, we ask that you review all personalization details carefully before placing your order. • Damaged or Incorrect Items - Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. If the error is determined to be ours, we will gladly replace the item or provide an appropriate solution at no additional cost.

• Order Changes & Cancellations - Because we begin preparing personalized orders quickly, changes or cancellations can only be accepted within 24 hours of placing your order, provided production has not already begun. Once production has started, the order cannot be changed or cancelled.

• Colour & Product Variations - We make every effort to display our products accurately. However, slight variations may occur due to:

  • Computer and phone screen settings

  • Natural materials (wood, leather, fabric, etc.)

  • Handmade production processes

  • Placement of personalization

  These minor variations are considered normal and are not considered defects.

• Non-Personalized Items - Non-Customized items may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery, provided they are usused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
